FAQ

Holiday lighting questions, answered

Quick answers about install, takedown, leasing, and pricing.

When do you install?

Install scheduling varies by home and property type. Dates go first-come, first-served, so reach out early.

When do you take them down?

Takedown is included with every lease, and we schedule it after the holiday season.

What is the difference between leasing and buying?

Leasing includes the lights, installation, and seasonal takedown. Buying means you own the lights after purchase, and takedown is offered separately as an add-on service.

Do I keep the lights if I lease?

No. With a lease, we provide and maintain the lights throughout the season, and we remove them at takedown.

What if bulbs go out?

We work to keep displays looking their best during the season. Call or text us and we’ll take a look.

Do you put holes in my roof?

No. We use clips made for gutters and shingles, never nails.

What about snow and bad weather?

We will reschedule if weather conditions make installation unsafe or impractical.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the size of the property, the complexity of the design, roofline length, access, and whether the project is residential or commercial.

Do I need to be home during install?

Usually not, but we do need access to the property and any relevant gate or entry instructions.

Which towns do you serve?

We serve the Greater Wenatchee Area, including Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Sunnyslope, Malaga, Rock Island, Cashmere, Leavenworth, Chelan, and surrounding communities.
